FAN-X, operated by Fanz Unlimited Network LLC, maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy for human trafficking, sexual exploitation, forced labor, child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), and any form of coercion. This policy applies to every user, creator, subscriber, and third party interacting with our services, and is enacted in compliance with FOSTA-SESTA, the Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA), the REPORT Act (2024), and all applicable federal and state anti-trafficking and child-protection laws.

What Constitutes Trafficking

Under 18 U.S.C. § 1591, sex trafficking occurs when a person is induced to perform a commercial sex act through force, fraud, or coercion, or when the person is under 18 regardless of apparent consent. It includes:

Physical violence, restraint, kidnapping, assault, or threats of harm
Deceptive recruitment or misrepresentation of working conditions or compensation
Blackmail, debt bondage, document confiscation, or psychological manipulation
Any commercial sexual activity involving a person under 18
Forced labor, involuntary servitude, or debt bondage related to content creation

CSAM & CSAE — Preserve and Report, Never Delete

We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material. Detection runs continuously using hash-matching (PhotoDNA-class) and AI on every image and sampled video frame, including live streams. A positive match is preserved as evidence and reported to the NCMEC CyberTipline — never deleted, and never used to train any model. Related data is retained for at least one year per the REPORT Act, or longer where law requires.

Reports are reviewed rapidly; critical reports are escalated immediately.

Platform Monitoring & Enforcement

Identity verification: all creators complete age & identity verification with government ID before posting
AI content scanning for indicators of coercion, exploitation, and underage content
Hash-matching to detect and block known CSAM
Behavioral analysis for patterns consistent with third-party control or suspicious financial activity
Human moderation by staff with anti-trafficking training
Strict § 2257 record-keeping for all performers
Payment monitoring for patterns that may indicate exploitation or third-party control

Law-Enforcement Cooperation

We respond promptly to valid legal process (subpoenas, court orders, warrants)
We proactively report suspected trafficking and CSAE to NCMEC and law enforcement
We preserve evidence and account data when notified of an investigation
We maintain detailed audit logs and records available for lawful inspection

Consequences of Violations

Anyone involved in trafficking, exploitation, or coercion faces immediate termination with no appeal and a permanent ban across all platforms operated by Fanz Unlimited Network LLC, forfeiture of pending payouts and balances, immediate referral to law enforcement with evidence preservation, a report to NCMEC where minors are involved, and civil and criminal liability under applicable law.
