This policy explains when purchases on FAN-X are refundable. We aim to be transparent: subscribers should receive what they were shown before they paid.
General Rule
Digital content is generally non-refundable once accessed. Tips, pay-per-view purchases, and one-time payments are non-refundable, and no partial refunds are issued for unused subscription time after cancellation — except in the eligible cases below.
48-Hour Refund Window
You may request a refund within 48 hours of a new subscription in these cases:

Content-Ratio Guarantee
Before you subscribe we show each creator's content breakdown (subscription / free / pay-per-view). If the actual ratio is significantly different (more than 20%) from what was disclosed at the time you subscribed, you may request a refund. This is our safeguard against ‘bait-and-switch’ subscriptions.
How to Request a Refund
- Go to Settings → Subscriptions
- Find the subscription and select Request Refund
- Choose your reason and submit
Refund requests are reviewed within 48 hours. You may also email support@fanzunlimited.com.
Auto-Renewal Disclosure
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Renewal terms are disclosed before purchase and a confirmation is sent for each charge. Cancel any time before the next renewal from your account settings (see the Cancellation Policy).
Chargebacks
Please contact support@fanzunlimited.com before disputing a charge with your bank — most issues are resolved quickly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting support is treated as fraud and may result in account termination and a permanent ban.
